Honeymoon

We decided to run away to get married (not really), but we did get married on the island of St. Lucia by ourselves. We had no family or friends there, mostly because we didn't want to ask them to pay for their trip. But we had the whole thing videotaped, so we have record that we were actually married!! We spent a week in St. Lucia and get married in the middle of the week. They have some law that you have to be on the island for 48 hours during the business week before you can be married. Everything about the trip was great except for a hurricane that blew through the day before the wedding. We mostly got rain and strong winds that lasted up until about an hour before the wedding. Miraculously, the clouds parted and the sun came out just in time for the ceremony. However, that made for some great humidity! You'll know what I mean if you've seen the wedding video. Let's just say Clint was not sweating because he was nervous. We just recently saw the place that we stayed at (Anse Chastenet) on the travel channel as the top resort in the carribean, so check it out if you're heading to St. Lucia!
