We haven't done anything too exciting here for the past couple of weeks except enjoy the beautiful weather! Maya LOVES playing on swingsets, so we enjoyed a day at the park and caught some good pictures.

Got milk?We did have some unwanted excitement this week, as Maya got tubes put in her ears. She has had several ear infections over the past few months, so it was time. It was probably the scariest time for us (other than when she held her breath and passed out) so far as parents. We are very blessed that our little girl is very healthy and has only had to get tubes because I'm not sure how people handle anything any more serious. I HATED seeing her being wheeled into the operating room to be put to sleep and I couldn't be there. What a horrible feeling! Maya, however, didn't look back. She had her blankie and Max (her monkey) and she was good to go. Anyway, everything went fine and she is back to her spunky self!
